I offer tools and insights for the healing journey and explore how to work effectively with the subconscious mind for transformative results.

You are unique, original, one-of-a-kind, never-coming-back-in-exactly-this-form, and here to do life YOUR way. How you feel and your goals in this life matter. 

To me these are very good reasons to honour this original life that is yours and this Self that you are, and to boldy pursue your self-repair and self-actualization.

About Mind the Inside
I created Mind the Inside with highly sensitive people and our unique challenges and growth journey in mind.

Life can be difficult and uncomfortable for us in ways that are not commonly addressed. 

We live with heightened awareness, sensitivity, intensity, and empathy. We may be seekers and idealists. We may lack a sense of belonging and feel alienated from the mainstream culture and values.

On top of that, our sensitive mind-body systems are “stickier” than average.

After all, your nervous system is built to:

— take in more stimuli
— process it more deeply
— and have a heightened response to all that physical, social, and emotional stimuli.

As a result, through no fault of your own, you have “sensitivity liabilities” like being extra susceptible to accumulating subconscious problems that painfully suppress you from the inside.

Luckily, even though the impact of painful experience (and just life in general) is magnified on our mind-body systems, SO IS THE RELIEF we gain from healing.

In fact, I believe you have an edge when it comes to the alchemical ability to transmute emotional blocks just waiting for you to tap into it.

I believe sensitive people are well-equipped for subtle inner work, sincere growth, and contributing to a culture of healthier connection to our Selves and others.

In order to do so, I propose we must understand our inner functioning and how to work with it, becoming our own experts and architects.

Life is an inside game, after all, and that requires that we pay close attention to our subconscious world and learn how to work with those inner layers of Self.

In other words, we must learn to mind the inside!

Welcome! I’m Grace, Certified Consulting Hypnotist with the National Guild of Hypnotists, healing enthusiast, and fellow sensitive human.

I develop healing frameworks and strategies that are practical, holistic, and based on principles of subconscious functioning.

I focus on approaches that help you release, with precision, painful inner blocks and programs that reside outside of conscious control.

The topic of emotional healing has been a driving force and area of study throughout my life. I’ve worked with people in a variety of settings for 15 years, from regression hypnosis to spiritual healing to trauma-based addictions recovery and suicide and crisis support.

I believe a sacred part of being alive is the growth journey and development of that unique individual Self at the centre of each of us. This includes freeing yourself from past conditioning and wounding that obscures and distorts your self-knowing, soul expression, and life potential.

My own avid search for depth healing has not always been blue skies and smooth sailing. Mixed with the treasures, there has been a lot of disappointment and disillusionment. It’s a jungle out there.

I noticed a lack of good, systemized information for working reliably with the complexity of one's subconscious to achieve desired outcomes. There can be a focus on coping harder with problems instead of healing them. Or working harder and harder doing that which sounds good but doesn’t produce results. Or forcing and controlling. Or bypassing altogether.

My goal is to help you understand what works and transform your self-help toolbox so you can: release dysfunctional emotional patterns, direct your own potent healing breakthroughs, gain more relief and harmony, and become more and more yourself.
